Walls: two at 22 × 9 and two at 24 × 9 = 396 + 432 = 828 sq ft. Gable ½ × 24 × 6 = 72. Garage door 16 × 7 = 112, plus an entry door 3 × 7 = 21. Net = 828 + 72 − 133 = 767 sq ft ≈ 7.7 squares.
